The first *easy* lifestyle change you should take is probably consciously disposing waste into the proper bin, such as recycling and composting more. This encourages a circular economy, harms less animals, and decreases pollution in our water, land, and air. Encouraging others to do the same is always a plus.

Try starting with local newspapers and magazines (start small!), tell friends and influential people you know about your work. Reach out through social media for an audience and maybe you can even start your own blog on Wix or other such website makers. Another option is to send me a chat if you have a finished article, and I can see if I can post it on my blog with credit to your name! If this becomes more popular, I might start a "newsletter" with articles by the audience. I would be happy to interact with the community this way!

Right now, I have EarthHero, an app that gives ideas to make lifestyle changes and teaches the importance of climate change, downloaded, and I must say it's a really aesthetic and effective app: you can even set reminders to make these changes and it tracks your emissions as well.

I also have GreenChoice - FoodScanner downloaded. It scans foods you plan to buy on their sustainability, and although I haven't started using it properly yet, it has a lot of good reviews!!
